Beach Street Inn and Suites approached MH/A to engage in a master planning exercise that would help BSI visulize how to best renovate and expand their existing hotel facility. With a prime location on a bluff overlooking the scenic Santa Cruz harbor and pier, MH/A worked with BSI to craft a multi-phase renovation plan that will mazimize views, enhance site amenities, simplify internal site circulation, and provide for the greatest number of rooms within a limited site footprint. MH/A subsequently entitled and documented phase 1 of the project with expected completion in Spring of 2012.
