ADDITION TO HISTORIC BUILDING ON VAN NESS AVE An historic building occupies a site on Van Ness Avenue where the zoning heights and densities would allow a substantially larger development. The owner/occupant would like provide support space for the to-be-developed California Pacific Medical Center as well as realize the full real estate potential of the property. Massing and feasibility studies are currently on the boards.
