A full floor, 20,000 square feet of office space in a high-rise on the
edge of San Francisco's financial District, was built-out to house
space for a number of associated professional firms. The plan acts as
a unified whole organizing the disparate business entities through the
reinforcement of the building core as a dense shaped object. This
object is identified and keyed by its elliptical shape, color, and
change in material from the standard light colored carpet and white
painted walls of the offices to a denser darker tone and set of
materials.
