The second concept:

Tenx14 In this proposal, the museum is distributed throughout the Presidio in fourteen core-ten towers at 100 feet tall. Visitors are invited to experience more than the grounds immediately surrounding a single building, including many of the under-visited yet historically significant locations found beyond the main post.
